Returns will be processed if within 30 days of purchase if the product is received damaged, incorrect merchandise, or if you are not 100% satisfied with the candle's performance due to sink holes or wick failure. Full money back guarantee. Candles will need to be shipped in their original packing, if damage to the packaging please contact the mailing company. We will cover the cost of return shipping fees. If you have received the incorrect merchandise, we will ship your correct order via express shipping at no extra cost to you. Exchanges are accepted within 60 days of purchase, but the candle must not be burned or damaged and must be equal in value.
